Established in 1985….

Aristia started in the fashion industry in 1996 walking for Ummu Fashion Network as a model. From there, she walked in many Maryland, DC, and Virginia Fashion shows for big fish in the pond like Glynn Jackson and many other area fashion productions. However, being under 5’8” extremely limited Aristia’s catwalk career in the early 2000’s, as short people weren’t acceptable at the time (J/K, sort of). She decided to do some print modeling for a while until she began to expand her family. Fast forward to 2019, in her best friend’s car, after eating a sandwich and that’s when Xkrrt Skirts was born! Aristia believes that her spirit animal is Juicy J, enjoys deep meditation, loves painting, and enjoys traveling in her spare time.
